Revitalize Designs restored a historic train depot in Hartsville, SC, transforming it into a popular restaurant and event space.
We saw beauty in a building that had once separated blacks and whites and unified the internal spaces to create a cohesive and inviting flow.
Our services included Project Management, Adaptive Use Rehabilitation Design, and the Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits application process.
Today, the train depot is a thriving cigar, wine, and jazz lounge.
