Project
A historic train depot (1835) in Lane, SC, is being relocated to its original site, and the town’s mayor wants to turn it into a museum and library—a unique gathering place for residents and visitors intrigued with Lane’s history and in search of birth, marriage, and other lost records.
Still in the project’s early stages, we will provide Adaptive Use Rehabilitation Design, Project Management, Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit Application, Historic Property Registration, and Interior Design services to support the town’s goals.
